We pay attention to the quality of the air you’re breathing indoors.

When building your Home we make sure that the AC duct system is airtight to prevent leaks. We also pay attention to the quality of the air you’re breathing indoors.

Healthy home technology is one more reason you can breathe easily when you choose to build with Golden Magnolia.

As part of our Quality commitment, Golden Magnolia takes extra steps to optimize indoor air quality.
Every home includes Healthy Home Technology with a:
1.) whole home air filtration system.
2.) stove top ventilation through the roof.

 Air Filtration System

The air you breathe inside is about 5 times more polluted than what you inhale outdoors. According to the EPA average adult takes in about 3,000 gallons of air every day,  and spends about 90% of their time indoors. Poor indoor air quality can contribute to headaches, nausea, fatigue,  congestion , as well as to respiratory problems.

Air you breathe inside your home is filled with dust mites, allergens, mold, carbon monoxide, chemicals, pet hair, debris, and much more. From air fresheners and candles to cleaning products and even chemicals on clothing and furniture, you’re exposed to a lot more pollutants than you might expect. No matter how much you clean your home, you’re fighting a losing battle unless you filter the air.

Golden Magnolia air filtration system purifies the air you breathe throughout your home. We use a patented whole-house air filtration system from the recognized industry leader TRANE- CLEANEFFECT. Designed from the ground up to clean the air like nothing before, CleanEffects makes the air in your home feel cleaner and fresher than you thought possible.

Comes as a standard option in all homes build starting year 2020

 Stove Top Ventilation

The smoke, steam, grease, and fumes that inevitably happen when you’re cooking shouldn’t be allowed to remain in your kitchen. As part of our HEALTHY HOME TECHNOLOGY Golden Magnolia installs a vented hood above your cooktop to draw out the smoky air and odors.  Kitchen vent duct embedded in to the kitchen wall sends it outside, rather than just recirculating that unwanted air in the room. Your kitchen stays cleaner and fresher smelling, while also protecting your indoor air quality.

We are always happy to hear from you
